Steven has a reputation as an accomplished and seasoned sales executive who is able to anticipate his clients’ needs, effectively evaluate the marketplace and subsequently, exceed his clients’ expectations. As a result, Steven enjoys a loyal clientele of repeat customers – domestically and internationally, a strong referral base, and valuable contacts throughout New York City.

Steven’s clients appreciate his integrity, emotional intelligence, focus on service and communication skills. In addition he has extensive knowledge of the distinct neighborhoods that comprise Manhattan and the surrounding market.


Originally from Philadelphia, Steven attended Penn State University where he was an active member of Beta Sigma Beta Fraternity as well as the Collegian College Newspaper. During the 90’s Steven lived overseas for seven years in Israel, South Africa, and Australia where he was involved in development for an International nonprofit. He was deeply involved in his communities, traveled the World extensively and maintains ties and friendships with many from this period in his life.

Steven shares his homes on the Upper West Side and East Hampton with his partner and daughters. They live a full active life and love to travel and spend time with family and friends. He is active in a number of charities and is currently a member of the board of the Manhattan JCC; Founding Member of South Africa’s Tomorrow Trust; serves on the board of Penn State Hillel as well as the president of his own co-op board.

When I am not working, you can find me working out, spending time with family and friends and traveling. I have completed the Boston Marathon and the NYC Marathon twice but always looking for new running partners for motivation.
